Coca-Cola has rolled out Coca-Cola Lens, a new platform aimed at equipping retailers and foodservice operators with vital consumer insights and industry trends. The initiative is designed to assist businesses in navigating the swiftly changing marketplace of today. Coca-Cola Lens offers a comprehensive library comprising 16 articles, each exploring different facets of shopper behavior, backed by macroeconomic data and forward-looking insights. Developed by Coca-Cola’s in-house experts and enriched with data from proprietary tools and third-party sources, these articles cover crucial topics like the emergence of premium water, the influence of multicultural consumers, and the effects of digital ordering technologies.
In addition to providing insights, the platform offers practical guidance on optimizing restaurant menus and managing cold vault inventories. The content is presented in an accessible format, complemented by visuals such as charts and graphics. Coca-Cola plans to keep the platform fresh by adding four to six new articles each quarter, incorporating feedback from customers and associates. Pamela Stewart, chief customer officer for Coca-Cola North America, emphasized the platform’s role in delivering value beyond beverages to customers and serving as thought partners and consultants in navigating the dynamic landscape.
Coca-Cola North America, with its extensive reach serving over 250,000 retail stores and 500,000 foodservice outlets, is committed to fostering growth through partnership. Coca-Cola Lens underscores this commitment by providing customers with the tools to anticipate consumer needs and stay ahead of trends. Dagmar Boggs, head of Foodservice at Coca-Cola North America, highlighted the platform’s significance in taking their commitment to the next level. Customers can access actionable insights precisely when needed, empowering partners to navigate the evolving landscape with confidence and agility.
Coca-Cola Lens is set to be officially unveiled ahead of the 2024 National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago from May 18-21. This launch marks another step in Coca-Cola’s journey of innovation and collaboration, as it continues to support its partners in driving business strategies forward and accelerating growth in the ever-changing marketplace.
