Oracle NetSuite Unveils Compelling Offerings to Attract UK Customers to “Suite Up”

Oracle NetSuite’s SuiteConnect event has made its way to London, bringing with it exciting announcements for UK customers. Following the platform developments teased in the US last month, several new offerings are now available to UK customers.

First up is NetSuite Text Enhance, a new tool designed to assist UK users in crafting contextual and personalized content across various business tasks, spanning finance, HR, supply chain, sales, marketing, and customer support departments. This feature aims to streamline processes and enhance efficiency by leveraging generative AI technology, providing users with valuable support in authoring diverse content.

Another notable addition is the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Analytics Warehouse Multi-Instance Connector, which aims to help UK and Ireland businesses with multiple NetSuite instances consolidate insights across their entire portfolio into a single environment. This consolidation not only reduces costs but also enhances decision-making capabilities by providing a unified view of critical data.

NetSuite has also introduced Electronic Invoicing, a solution aimed at helping UK businesses send and receive invoices in a structured data format compliant with tax authority standards. This feature streamlines invoicing processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency in financial transactions.

Furthermore, NetSuite Field Service Management (FSM) has been enhanced to simplify field service scheduling and dispatch, automate inventory and customer asset management, and ultimately improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. UK customer PSV Glass and Glazing reported a 40 percent increase in efficiency thanks to the FSM system, highlighting its effectiveness in optimizing operations.

Additionally, NetSuite’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) offers users the ability to connect data across various processes, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This feature enhances insights and decision-making capabilities while also preparing users for emerging data-driven technologies such as AI.

NetSuite’s commitment to innovation extends to its flexible licensing model, which now offers users access to task-specific areas of NetSuite without requiring a full license. This initiative aims to reduce costs for users, though specific savings figures are yet to be disclosed.

Overall, these new offerings underscore NetSuite’s dedication to empowering businesses with cutting-edge technology and solutions tailored to their evolving needs. With a focus on enhancing efficiency, driving growth, and delivering value to customers, NetSuite continues to solidify its position as a leading provider of cloud-based business management solutions.
